PROCURE Survey: Exploring EU Healthcare Systems and Public Procurement Practices
The primary objective for the first phase of the PROCURE project is the Observational Study. This important activity will provide crucial insights into healthcare public procurement practices across the EU Member States that are part of the consortium.
13 Countries are involved in the Study: Belgium, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, France, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Greece, Malta, and Austria. Each of the countries has an appointed Country Lead who liaises with healthcare institutions, procurement organisations and suppliers to promote the project and the Observational Study.
Separate Survey questionnaires have been designed to gather information particular to specific stakeholder groups. These questionnaires are available at:
Ø Contracting Authorities subject to the EU Public Procurement Directive Click Here: Contracting Authorities
Ø Other Procurers (Private) Click Here: Other Procurers

If you are a healthcare institution, procurer, or supplier from one of the listed countries and wish to contribute to the Study please reach out to your Country Leader for further information. Alternatively. If you would like to participate and are unsure of your Country Leader please let us know and we will connect you with them.
Together, we can make a difference.
