InnoHSupport: A New Coaching Programme for Healthcare Innovation

The European project InnoHSupport is launching a coaching programme designed to help healthcare organizations harness open innovation to enhance their service delivery. This EU-funded initiative supports healthcare providers by identifying unmet needs and co-developing innovative solutions with external companies—a process known as demand-driven innovation or procurement of innovation.

Three Key Areas of Focus

The coaching programme offers tailored guidance in three essential areas:

  1. Strategic Planning

    • Helps organizations establish a long-term demand-driven strategy by aligning objectives, functional priorities, and resource allocation.

  2. Unmet Need Identification

    • Provides a structured approach to identifying and prioritizing challenges that impact patients, professionals, and healthcare delivery.

  3. Open Market Consultation

    • Supports organizations that have already identified an unmet need by engaging the market to gather insights on available solutions and challenges.

Why Apply?

The programme is fully online, running over 26 weeks with both group and individual coaching sessions. It is designed to be flexible and practical, allowing participants to learn at their own pace while balancing their daily responsibilities. Participants will benefit from:

Who Should Apply?

The programme is open to multi-disciplinary teams (minimum three professionals) from the same healthcare organization. To participate, teams must have management approval to ensure dedicated time for training and recognition of their efforts. A commitment to completing the coaching is required.

Key Details

  • Fully funded by the European Commission – no cost for selected organizations

  • Only 18 spots available in this first edition

  • Each organization can apply for multiple modules but can only participate in one

  • Application deadline: 21st March 2025
