MedTech Europe is the European trade association for the medical technology industry including diagnostics, medical devices and digital health. Our members are national, European and multinational companies as well as a network of national medical technology associations who research, develop, manufacture, distribute and supply health-related technologies, services and solutions.
PROJECT ROLE
Within the ProCure project, MedTech Europe serves as the voice of the European medtech industry and its suppliers/vendors. From the perspective of the medtech sector, MedTech Europe will convey the industry's collective insights and perspectives on public procurement in healthcare across the project's covered countries.
This includes a focus on procurement behaviour amidst the challenges posed by the COVID health crises. Additionally, MedTech Europe will contribute input to shape the development of (public) procurement strategies, aiming to foster resilient and sustainable healthcare systems throughout Europe.
